Thank you for your interest in Lil Lashes. We greatly appreciate all of our customers and are always glad to hear from you! If there are any issues with your order, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Shipping

Processing time can take 1-5 days and expected delivery is 3-7 business days. Items that are on backorder may take an additional week or two to arrive. Items are grouped together so items that have a backorder status with an item that does not have a backorder status will not be shipped until the backorder item is available to ship. 

Undeliverable Packages

Please provide an accurate, working address for us to ship your merchandise to. Please remember to include your apartment number, floor number, or any other information that is necessary to ensure that the carrier can successfully deliver your package. All customers are fully responsible for providing the correct address when ordering. We DO NOT offer refunds, exchanges or replacements for incorrect addresses provided by the customer or lost and stolen items. 

 

 Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. 

 

Orders Eligible for refund

We want you to love your lashes! If you receive your lashes and are not happy, you must contact customer support 3 days after receiving your order to be eligible. Orders that are eligible for returns must have all components, including all magnetic anchors and be unused. We do not provide return shipping labels or pay for return shipping costs.
