Shipping & Returns
Processing time can take 1-5 days and expected delivery is 3-7 business days. Items that are on backorder may take an additional week or two to arrive. Items are grouped together so items that have a backorder status with an item that does not have a backorder status will not be shipped until the backorder item is available to ship.
Please provide an accurate, working address for us to ship your merchandise to. Please remember to include your apartment number, floor number, or any other information that is necessary to ensure that the carrier can successfully deliver your package. All customers are fully responsible for providing the correct address when ordering. If you notice the address you entered is incorrect, please email us immediately so we can correct the address. Unfortunately, after packages are packed and shipped, we cannot change the address and are not responsible for the undeliverable item. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier to locate your package.

We greatly appreciate our customers and make sure to inspected and check every order before it is shipped to you. Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival as Lil Lashes cannot accept your return due to the delicate nature of our product.
